We were introduce to the OPIF team just about a year ago through a colleague of ours. To say it was life changing for many of us is an understatement. Mike, Eric and their rest of their fabulous team work tirelessly to ensure the veteran community has the opportunity to re-connect with each through their passions, regardless of those passions may be. For us at Patriot Athletes, that connection came through hockey.
Mike and the OPIF family made the trip from West Texas and Utah on 9/11/2021 to share the remembrance with our local veterans. It meant a lot to the team and motivated the Blue Falcon Hockey Club to win that night. Afterwards the team got together and sent Mike a thank you.
